Izbrani Teran PTP (recognised traditional denomination) is made from the Refosco grape grown on the mineral and iron rich terra rossa Karst soil.
It’s an intense red wine with a fruity aroma of ripe raspberries, blackberries and other berries. It’s a full-bodied wine with higher acidity and a pleasant flavour. It’s rich in red pigments called anthocyanins that are beneficial for health. It has been proven that anthocyanins lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases by inhibiting arteriosclerosis and lowering the “bad” LDL cholesterol levels.
Izbrani Teran pairs well with aged prosciutto and other charcuterie meats, aged cheese and red meat dishes.


Vitovska is a wine made from the Vitovska grape, an indigenous Karst variety that is a cross between the Glera and Malvasia grapes. This is an elegant, mineral-accented wine with medium alcohol content. It is aged in stainless steel barrels which keep the wine’s freshness and fruitiness. It has a strong aroma of field flowers and Williams pears.
It pairs well with fish, white meat, fresh cheese and vegetables.




Malvazija (or Malvasia) is an aromatic grape variety, and its wine has a yellow-gold hue. The elegant, harmonious, mineral-accented full-bodied wine ages partly in stainless steel barrels and partly in acacia wood barrels. The wine has fruity and floral notes.
It pairs well with white fish, clams, crab, poultry and mild cheese.




Cuvee (or cuvée) is a red blend of the Terrano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines. It’s an intense red wine with the aroma of ripe forest fruit and spices. The Terrano contributes its freshness, the Cabernet Sauvignon its noticeable tannins, and the Merlot rounds it out into an elegant wine with a long finish. Cuvee pairs well with aged charcuterie meats and red meat and venison dishes.



This dark red wine with the aroma of cherry and other red fruits has a long finish and is aged for three years in different sizes of large wood barrels. With its rich structure, the wine pairs well with red meat dishes and aged cheese.
